At Fetch we are committed to protecting your privacy. I will only use the information that I collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR)). I collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your dogs application and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service.

By booking with me, you agree to my terms and conditions. Please note, I take your privacy very seriously and do not share your information with any third parties. 

The typical type of information I will collect about you includes:

• Your name

• Address

• Phone number

• Email address

• Details about your dog

The information I hold will be accurate and up to date. The personal information which I hold will be held securely locked away with only myself having access to it.. 

I will keep your personal data for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed.

YOUR RIGHTS

To request details of the information I hold about you, if you have provided us with your personal information but decide at a later date that you no longer want me to have access to it, or if you wish to update us that your contact details have changed or change your preferences, simply let us know by:
